Your billing cycle (term) was initally determined when you first purchased your Ventrilo server.
You always have the option to change the billing cycle of your account. This can be done from within the control panel. Please note that your new billing cycle will not become active until your next invoice. Within the control panel choose "Billing Management" and then the "Billing Summary" sub option. This will open the page that allows you to modify your term / cycle. We offer the following billing cycle options:
