There may become a time when you get banned from your own server. Often times this is just a mistake on one of your admin's behalf and can be easily undone.

1. Login to your HostVentrilo.com Control Panel account at http://www.hostventrilo.com/client/. This information can be found in your Welcome Email that you received when you signed up with our company.
2. Once you're successfully logged into the control panel, choose the Server Management menu option on the left side. From the sub options that appear, choose Manage Server Bans.
3. You are now on the Manage Server Bans page. Place a check in the checkbox (on the right side of the page) that corresponds with your banned username. Now click the delete icon below the checkboxes.
4. The page will reload and your ban record will now be removed.
5. The last thing you need to do is restart your server. Click the Save Actions & Restart Server option at the bottom of the page.

Your username will now be unbanned. If you experience any problems with the above process, please fill out a support ticket and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
