Hi everyone,
Instead of sending out an email to everyone saying the same thing and answering the same questions, I thought it might be best to post this here. During the past couple of months (since the upgrade to TeamSpeak 3) we have been experiencing the ongoing issue of clients payments not being applied to their accounts. At the moment our TSH inbox is loaded with people complaining of downed servers, billing issues, etc. I can assure you that we're working very hard to get through each and every email one by one. For some clients, this is their 2nd time dealing with the same problem. I can assure ALL clients that this will NOT happen again. We're working very hard to resolve this issue. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I have to be honest and say that the majority of clients have been fantastic regarding this issue. Many of you have shown patience which makes our jobs much easier during stressful times like these. Sorry once again for this happening. Everything will be resolved this evening!
